Welcome to Pathways to Lifelong Health!

Please take a moment to explore my website. You will read about my training and experience working in the fields of public health and nutrition, my approach to addressing challenging health and nutritional issues, the services I offer, testimonials from clients, and some fun recipes and blogs.

There are many pathways to optimal health. Having a sense of purpose, fulfilling relationships, involvement with community, and spiritual awareness nourish and sustain us just as much as the food we eat, the physical activity we engage in, and the environments in which we work. When one or more of these is out of balance, our physical or our mental health suffers. I will work in partnership with you, guiding you in your search of your optimal balance, whether that means losing weight, eliminating emotional eating and food cravings, improving how you feel, increasing your physical energy and mental clarity, improving your self-esteem, or improving the management of a chronic condition. Our bodies can teach us so much, if only we take the time to listen. As your guide, I will teach you how to listen.

You are in the driver’s seat. You will determine your health and nutritional goals and together we will create and execute a plan to achieve them. You will learn to identify those foods that support your body and those that undermine it. Using mind-body techniques such as meditation, yoga and visualization, you will learn how to “tune in” and listen to the wisdom of your body. And as you find yourself feeling increasingly more balanced, you will notice other changes in your life…changes that have been just waiting for the opportunity to happen.
